Rates

• Best available rate (BAR) on this website is shown in USD, typically bed & breakfast.
• Contracted / net rates for agencies and corporates are agreed separately and are not listed as live inventory on this site.

How to book (request to confirm)

This website is not a GDS live inventory channel and does not process agency payments online. Send group or allotment requests by email or WhatsApp; the hotel confirms availability and rate in writing.

Payment through an agent

When a guest pays an agent (including online through the agent), the hotel may not see that payment. If the agent does not remit to the hotel, the hotel cannot treat the stay as paid until funds or a valid voucher reach us. Claims about money paid only to the agent are between the guest and the agent; the hotel’s confirmation is what binds the stay with us.

Groups and meetings

For multi-room groups, corporate stays, or meeting packages, contact us with dates, room mix, and company details. We will advise space and quote. Meeting spaces are contracted separately from guest rooms.

Invoices and tax

Invoices and tax documentation are available on request after confirmation. Provide your billing entity details when you request the stay. Invoices are kept for up to three years.
